On this site, constitutional experts interact with each other to explore the Constitution’s history and what it means today (National Constitution Center 2016-18) For each provision of the Constitution, scholars of different perspectives discuss what they agree upon, and what they disagree about. These experts were selected with the guidance of leaders of two prominent constitutional law organizations—The American Constitution Society and The Federalist Society. This site, hosted by the National Constitution Center, includes the United States Constitution in its entirety, divided clearly by Article and Amendment, and annotated with notes by the Annenberg Classroom. Also you can browse the site by Issue. For instance, click on Abortion and explore how the Row v. Wade Supreme Court ruling was based on Ninth and 14th Amendment rights (USA 2014). |
